Curriculum resumido

Raúlo Cáceres (Córdoba, 1976). Licenciado en Bellas Artes y dibujante de comics profesional. Entre 1998 y 2007 trabajó para distintas editoriales españolas realizando principalmente cómic pornográfico e ilustraciones para juegos de rol. De esta primera etapa son sus series Elizabeth Bathory,  Cuentos Mórbidos,  Justine y Juliette y Aguas Calientes, que han tenido varias reediciones, en España, Francia y USA, con editoriales como Megamultimedia, Dólmen, Berenice, EDT,  Tabou Editions o Eroscomix-Fantagraphics.

Desde  2007 trabaja para la editorial americana AVATAR PRESS, con guionistas tan conocidos como Max Brooks, Warren Ellis, David Lapham o Garth Ennis, tocando géneros como el  terror , histórico, zombie o teslapunk. Algunos de sus trabajos en USA son Crécy, Crossed: Psychopath, Captain Swing and the electrical pirates of Cindery Island, The extinction parade o Code Pru (serie incluida en Alan Moore’s Cinema purgatorio). Como portadista ha colaborado en múltiples comicbooks, destacando sus portadas para la serie Providence de Alan Moore.


Raúlo Cáceres (Córdoba, Spain, 1976) is a professional comic artist and illustrator with a degree in Fine Arts. From 1998 to 2007 he worked for several Spanish publishers mainly in pornographic comic and role-playing games illustrations. Works included Elizabeth Bathory, Cuentos Mórbidos, Justine y Juliette and Aguas Calientes. These series have been reedited several times in Spain, France, and USA, by publishers such as Megamultimedia, Dólmen, Berenice, EDT, Tabou Editions, or Eroscomix-Fantagraphics.

Since 2007 to present, Raúlo has been working for the American publisher AVATAR PRESS, side by side with famous writers such as Max Brooks, Warren Ellis, David Lapham, or Garth Ennis. In AVATAR PRESS he draws a variety of genres like horror, historical, zombie, or teslapunk. Some of his works published in USA are Crécy, Crossed: Psychopath, Captain Swing and The Electrical Pirates of Cindery Island, The Extinction Parade or Code Pru (included in Alan Moore’s Cinema Purgatorio). He also worked as a cover artist in several comicbooks, being the most remarkable the covers for the serie Providence by Alan Moore.
